Lockbox's overview

 1. We deliver
Choose the plan that fits you and we bring your lockboxes straight to your door, free. Each one is our signature size, about 36 x 21 x 20 inches, so there's nothing to measure or guess.

2. You fill and lock
Pack your lockboxes whenever it's convenient. When you're done, secure each one with disk locks and keep the only key. We never hold it, so what's inside stays yours alone.

3. We store and return
We pick up your locked lockboxes and store them in a private, members-only facility that isn't open to the public. When you want something back, just ask, and we return it to your door on your building's service days.

We built this service on simplicity. The fewer decisions you have to make, the easier storage becomes, so we offer one signature lockbox that does it all. No sizes to compare, no guesswork, no clutter in your head.

Each lockbox is built tough and locks securely, and you keep the only key, so your belongings stay yours alone. And with 50 gallons of space, there's plenty of room for the things that don't have a home but that you're not ready to part with.

Weight and contents. Each lockbox holds up to 80 lbs. Please don't store perishables, cash, jewelry, or other valuables. You'll find the full list in our Terms of Service.

Required locks. Every lockbox must be secured with two disc locks before pickup. For added peace of mind, you can also purchase uniquely numbered tamper seals, so you'll always know your box hasn't been opened.

Retrievals. Every plan includes free retrievals each year, beginning after six months. A retrieval is a round trip: we drop off your lockbox, you have it for 1.5 hours, and we collect it afterward. Need more, or sooner? Additional retrievals are available and listed on our pricing page.

Starting and Terminating. As long as you live in the same community where you started the service, we deliver and pick up the lockboxes at no cost when you start and end your service. 

Moving out. When it's time, we deliver your lockboxes to your new home, you unpack on the spot, and we collect the empty boxes for an additional cost. 

Lockbox isn't available to just anyone in Houston. We partner with a select few communities at a time and serve their residents only, so every building gets our full attention and the service stays personal. If your community offers Lockbox, that access is yours. 

One lockbox holds up to 80 lbs, with room for the things you want out of the way but not gone for good.

Great to store: off-season clothing and shoes, holiday décor, luggage, books, kitchenware, seasonal gear, and keepsakes.
