Your first bin is $29/month. Each bin after that costs less, down to a floor of $20. The price never drops below $20 per bin no matter how many you store.
You can add or remove bins at any time. Adding bins takes effect on your next service day; your rate adjusts on your next billing date. There’s no fee to change your plan.
Your rate is locked. Storage facilities are known for advertising a low introductory price and raising it after ninety days. We don’t do that. The price you sign up at is the price you pay for as long as you’re a customer.

Your monthly price covers all of this:
You are never charged for the space your bins occupy, for handling, for administration. Those are all included.

Notice is what sets the price. Three days lets us group your trip with others nearby, and that’s what keeps it at $45. Shorter notice means a trip made specifically for you. Same-day service is subject to availability, and we’ll tell you straight away if we can’t hold the window.
Keep your bins as long as you need them. We’ll collect them on our next trip to your building at no charge — no clock, no rush. Your monthly rate stays the same until they’re back with us.
Decide to keep a bin for good? Tell us, we’ll take the empty bin and locks, and your rate drops on your next billing date. There’s no fee to change your bin count, ever.
We charge for retrievals because each one is a real round trip with a person and a vehicle. We’d rather price it honestly than bury it in your monthly rate and charge everyone for a service most people never use.

Each packed bin must weigh under 80 pounds.
This isn’t arbitrary. Bins are carried by one person, through building corridors, into freight elevators, and stacked three high in our facility. Above 80 pounds, the bin becomes unsafe to lift, the handles and lid stress, and stacking risks damage to bins beneath it.
We weigh every bin at pickup. If a bin is over:
We’ll wait while you redistribute. Move items into another bin or take something out. There is no charge for this — it’s the option we’d rather you take.
If you’d rather we take it as-is, we can, for $15 per overweight bin, per handling. That means $15 at pickup and $15 again on retrieval or return, because the weight is a problem every time it moves.
Over 100 pounds, we can’t take it at all. No fee, but the bin stays with you until it’s lighter.
For reference: 80 pounds is roughly a bin packed solid with books, or a bin filled to the top with clothing and linens with room to spare. Most customers never come close.

Cancel any time. There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
To end service, tell us and we’ll schedule your final return.
That $49 is the cost of the trip, and it’s the same $49 whether you’re returning one bin or eight. We publish it here rather than mentioning it at cancellation.
Billing stops on your return date. We don’t bill a partial month after your bins are back with you.
Our promise to you: if we miss a scheduled pickup or delivery, that month is free. No form to fill out — we’ll credit it.

For clarity, here is everything we do not charge for:
• Sign-up, setup, or administration fees
• Bin delivery
• Pickup
• Locks, keys, or tamper seals
• Adding or removing bins
• Rate increases — your price is locked from day one
• Partial months after your final return
Every charge in this business, in one list: your monthly bin price, $45 or $95 for a retrieval, $8 per bin over five in one retrieval, $15 per overweight bin per handling, and $49 for a return trip inside six months.
That’s it. If a number appears on your statement that isn’t on this page, it’s our mistake and we’ll remove it.

One bin size. One clear price. The more you store, the less each lockbox costs - down to a floor of $20. Please see Pricing for details.
